Orders, Shipping & Fulfillment
We understand the importance of speed and accuracy in research settings and our order processing reflects that.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 12–24 hours after payment is received.
Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with delivery details and a tracking link. From there, the shipping speed you selected at checkout takes over.
We currently ship to Canada, the United States and Mexico.
For all other countries, please contact us at [email protected] to discuss eligibility and available shipping options.
We are based in Canada and exclusively use FedEx for U.S. and Mexico shipments due to their proven handling of RUO materials. All U.S. and Mexico orders include full commercial documentation and are shipped in accordance with Canadian export law and U.S. and Mexican import classifications for RUO-designated products. Mexican commercial invoices also include relevant customs documentation in Spanish to expedite the import process.
We do not ship GLP-1 analogs to the U.S. as they are restricted under U.S. Import Alert 66-41. Restricted compounds are clearly marked on their respective product pages.
See our full Shipping Policy for complete details.
Yes. Orders over 500 CAD (before taxes) qualify for free shipping.
Orders can be canceled or modified within 1 hour of placement.
We’ll always do our best to accommodate requests after that window, but changes may not be possible due to fast processing times.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page so you can monitor its progress.
If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated window or is lost in transit, contact us at [email protected].
We’ll investigate the issue and assist with the carrier to determine the best resolution — whether that’s a replacement, refund, or carrier claim, depending on the outcome.
If you receive a damaged item, email [email protected] right away with your order number and supporting photos.
We’ll resolve the issue in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Other payment options may be available upon request - contact us at [email protected] to discuss.

Product Info, Use & Custom Orders
Yes! If there’s a sequence or analog not currently listed — including emerging or under-researched peptides — let us know. We’re happy to explore adding it.
We also offer custom peptide synthesis, tailored to your desired sequence or formulated for specific research objectives. Please reach out with your requirements.
All peptides are shipped in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form, sealed in glass vials. Vial size may vary depending on sequence and fill weight.
This format ensures the product remains stable and uncompromised from our facility to your lab.
Our products are developed and sold strictly for laboratory, research, or industrial use by qualified professionals.
We reserve the right to request verification of credentials and intended use prior to fulfilling any order. If credentials or the intended use violate our Terms & Conditions of Sale or the RUO nature of our products, the order will be declined and the account permanently restricted.
No. Our products are clearly marketed and labeled as RUO and are not intended for human or veterinary use under any circumstances.
We make no claims regarding safety, efficacy, or suitability for therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical use. We are a research chemical supplier, not a pharmacy, compounding facility, or clinical distributor.
For full details, refer to our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
Our peptides are provided in lyophilized powder form to preserve integrity and stability. We recommend storing lyophilized peptides in the freezer, consistent with our in-house quality assurance procedures.
As handling practices are informed by each peptide’s unique chemical stability — which can vary depending on the sequence, modifications, and purity — we can’t provide specific instructions. You should follow your lab’s SOP, but standard laboratory handling guidelines (in order of preference) indicate:
- Frozen (–20°C or lower): Stable for up to 2 years
- Refrigerated (2–8°C): Stable for up to 6 months
- Room temperature (dark, dry): Stable for up to 4 weeks
Once reconstituted, peptides should be used promptly, kept refrigerated, and handled according to your lab’s stability and disposal protocols.
Quality, Testing & Safety
All of our products are manufactured to meet our ≥99% purity goal, with strict quality control benchmarks.
That being said, we only partner with third-party testing facilities that run long-form HPLC methods (≈45 min at 214/220 nm), because these methods actually capture the entire peptide backbone. Many labs you might be familiar with rely on faster, surface-level scans (short runs under 10 minutes at 280 nm) that primarily detect aromatic residues. Those methods can miss weaker or non-aromatic impurities, leading to inflated purity numbers.
So in rare cases where our reported purities appear slightly “lower” than 99%, that’s just us being accurate and transparent. We prioritize scientific integrity over optics.
This standard is doubly backed by our Zero Risk Protocol™ and our TrustLoop Partnership™, which rewards verified third-party testing.
We’re fundamentally committed to developing RUO products and offerings that set the standard for quality, safety, and service in an important yet still-emerging field of research.
- Every batch is tested twice - once after manufacturing, and again by an independent accredited third-party lab - before anything is shipped to you. This ensures every product meets our quality standards and is backed by our Zero Risk Protocol™.
- Each vial is labeled and batch-matched to its COA, then placed in cold storage until shipment.
- COAs are valid for up to 6 months from the date of third-party testing. After that point, anything remaining in a batch is retested by an independent accredited third-party lab to maintain quality assurance.
- Any product that fails testing at any point is destroyed.
- We benchmark internal quality controls against cGMP and ISO 5 cleanroom standards to ensure batch-to-batch consistency, stability, and purity.
- We never dropship. All orders ship directly from our owned, controlled inventory to maintain complete chain of custody and quality assurance.
Yes. Every product, every batch — no exceptions. COAs are available on each product page and are also listed alphabetically on our searchable Lab Tests page.
All vials are batch-matched: each label includes both a batch number and COA number that correspond directly to the associated COA.
COAs against our inventory are valid for a maximum of 6 months at which point any remaining batch is retested by an independent accredited third-party lab.
Yes - in fact we encourage you to as a part of TrustLoop™ .
Submission requirements are outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
TrustLoop™ & Zero Risk Protocol™
We’re committed to supporting research integrity and offer store credit — up to 30% of the original purchase price of the tested vial (not to exceed $300 CAD) — to researchers who submit verified third-party testing results under the guidelines below.
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an independent HPLC analysis is required, along with complete testing documentation and a paid invoice from an approved laboratory.
Full details on eligibility and reimbursement can be found in our Returns & Refunds Policy .
We guarantee that all of our peptides meet their stated purity or higher.
If third-party testing confirms that a product does not meet this threshold, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement (subject to availability) and will also reimburse up to $300 CAD in documented third-party testing costs.
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an independent HPLC analysis is required, along with complete testing documentation and a paid invoice from an approved laboratory.

Pricing, Bulk & Discounts
The short answer is we operate with scale — from procurement to manufacturing — but, we also apply strict, industry-leading strict internal standards for quality, purity, and compliance.
While that allows us to remain competitive across most products, we prioritize verified purity, safety, and manufacturing integrity over being the lowest-cost supplier. Researchers should never have to compromise on quality - and we’re not interested in the race to the bottom.
