Description

BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide consisting of 15 amino acids, derived from a partial sequence of Body Protection Compound (BPC) naturally found in human gastric juice. It has been the subject of extensive preclinical research, making it one of the most studied research peptides in Canada, consistently selected by Canadian researchers for its well-documented mechanistic profile and broad research applications.

Researchers have investigated BPC-157 across a broad range of in vitro and in vivo models, with published studies exploring its interactions with the nitric oxide (NO) system, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) signalling, and GABAergic neurotransmission pathways. Preclinical research has examined its behaviour in models relating to gastrointestinal mucosal integrity, tendon-to-bone healing, skeletal muscle repair, and dopaminergic and serotonergic system modulation. BPC-157 has also been investigated for its apparent role in upregulating growth hormone receptor expression in tendon fibroblasts, a mechanism of particular interest to researchers studying musculoskeletal repair pathways.

BPC-157 is frequently paired with TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) in multi-compound research protocols due to their complementary mechanistic profiles across overlapping research models.

Ambros Labs supplies BPC-157 to qualified researchers across Canada from our Canadian inventory. Every batch is independently tested by a third-party Canadian laboratory using HPLC and mass spectrometry, with verifiable Certificates of Analysis available for every batch. All orders ship same-day from Canada with full chain of custody documentation.
