Description

TB-500 is a synthetic analogue of Thymosin Beta-4, a naturally occurring peptide found in virtually all human and animal cells. It has been the subject of significant preclinical research, making it one of the most widely studied peptides available to Canadian researchers today.

Researchers have investigated TB-500 across a broad range of in vitro and in vivo models, with published studies exploring its role in actin polymerisation regulation, specifically its binding to G-actin via its highly conserved LKKTET sequence. This mechanism has been of particular interest to researchers studying cell migration, tissue remodelling, and wound healing response pathways. Additional preclinical research has examined TB-500’s interactions with vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) signalling, metalloproteinase regulation, and anti-inflammatory cytokine modulation in models relating to musculoskeletal and connective tissue repair.

TB-500 is frequently paired with BPC-157 (Pentadecapeptide) in multi-compound research protocols due to their complementary mechanistic profiles — BPC-157 operating primarily through nitric oxide and growth hormone receptor pathways, while TB-500 acts predominantly through actin regulation and cellular migration mechanisms.

Ambros Labs supplies TB-500 to qualified researchers across Canada from our Canadian inventory. Every batch is independently tested by a third-party Canadian laboratory using HPLC and mass spectrometry, with verifiable Certificates of Analysis available for every batch. All orders ship same-day from Canada with full chain of custody documentation.
