Description

Thymosin Alpha-1 (Tα1) is a naturally occurring 28 amino acid peptide derived from prothymosin alpha, originally isolated from thymic tissue. It has been the subject of extensive preclinical and clinical research spanning several decades, making it one of the most clinically documented immunomodulatory peptides available to Canadian researchers today.

Researchers have investigated Thymosin Alpha-1 across a broad range of in vitro and in vivo models, with published studies exploring its role in T-cell maturation, dendritic cell activation, and natural killer (NK) cell function. Of particular interest to researchers is Thymosin Alpha-1’s well-characterised interactions with Toll-like receptor (TLR) signalling pathways, through which it has been shown to modulate both innate and adaptive immune response mechanisms. Published clinical research has examined its interactions with inflammatory cytokine profiles, antiviral immune response models, and immune reconstitution following immunosuppressive conditions, providing Canadian researchers with one of the most comprehensive clinical data sets available for any immunomodulatory peptide.

Thymosin Alpha-1 is consistently selected by Canadian researchers for its extensive published clinical profile across immunological, antiviral, and inflammatory research models, and represents one of the most well-studied thymic peptides in the preclinical and clinical literature.

Ambros Labs supplies Thymosin Alpha-1 to qualified researchers across Canada from our Canadian inventory. Every batch is independently tested by a third-party Canadian laboratory using HPLC and mass spectrometry, with verifiable Certificates of Analysis available for every batch. All orders ship same-day from Canada with full chain of custody documentation.
